Is robotic mowing safe?
Robotic mowers include safety features and sensors. Each property is assessed before service begins.
How long is the service term?
Our standard service operates on an annual subscription.
Pricing is usually communicated as a weekly or monthly rate.
Shorter subscription terms may be available; however, these may impact pricing due to setup and servicing considerations.
Does robotic mowing include edging?
Robotic mowing does not include manual edging. Edges that cannot be accessed by the robotic mower remain the responsibility of the property owner.
Where suitable, non-mowable edges may be managed using weed control.
Who pays for electricity?
The Customer provides a suitable power outlet and covers electricity and utility costs.
What happens if there is a power outage?
The Customer should advise EverMow Services as soon as practicable if a power outage affects operation.
What if the mower gets stuck?
The Customer should return the mower to the charging station and advise EverMow Services if it does not restart.
